NYPS is a property services company based in DC’s 16th Street Heights that trains and employs local youth in the arts and sciences of exterior design, installation, and maintenance. We build entrepreneurial and practical skills while making your property more beautiful and functional.
Our Mission
At NYPS, our mission is to help beautify our neighbors’ properties while also building life-long skills. Managed by a landscaping professional, NYPS youth learn the basics of landscaping design, construction, and maintenance. From business marketing to scoping project estimates, tool skills to customer relations, and design ideas to construction knowledge, NYPS strives to nurture a full range of capabilities and competencies.
